Water Wise Plumbing, Backflow, and Drains was started in 2014 by Fred and Desiree Quiroz of North County, CA. We set out to create a company unlike any other, focused on providing quality, top-tier plumbing, all with the focus of making you feel apart of the family.
Fred Sr. began working with Water Wise Plumbing, Backflow and Drains as a lead plumber in March 2016. Master plumbers, Fred Sr. & Fred Jr., have a total combined experience of 40 years. At Water Wise Plumbing we take pride in our work, which means if you aren’t satisfied with a job we will always come back to make it right. Customer service is our top priority!

The first time I had experience with Fred Quiroz is when he replaced the old tankless water heater. He was calm and explains the details of what may have cause the unit to malfunction. And recently I called and requested him again to solve the problem of the tankless water heater because of the experienced that I had with him the first time. This company was great. After three installers told us our dishwasher was broken and getting two new dishwashers this company came and simply unclogged the blockage and all works great now. The only good is the 2 new dishwashers were free under warranty. The downside is the 3+ months it took to get the dishwashers, get them installed, find them not working, get them replaced again and finally getting someone who took 20 minutes to fix the real issue that had it all working. It's a great thing to get a company that is thorough and does a good job.

Waterwise sent Aaron out exactly as promised through the online scheduling process. He let us know when he was thirty minutes out and arrived on time. He fixed our sink/dishwasher blockage in a timely manner and fever us several tips to ensure it doesn’t reoccur! We are very happy with his work and the reasonable cost.

The company came out when they said they would. Prices were reasonable. Fred was a master plumber; friendly and efficient! The only thing that was confusing was the online booking for the appointment. When I booked I thought that my water main leak would be fixed the day of my appointment, but that was just an assessment appointment. The website wasn’t clear on that point. Overall, a great experience.

We needed the main water line coming into our home repaired. I had contacted another company and never really got a response. I contacted Water Wise and they came out, gave me an estimate, ordered parts, and did the repair in less than a couple of weeks start to finish. The only reason it took that long was just waiting for the part required to arrive. I'm very happy with the work and the efficient professional process.
